Bourbon and Wine Pull
Bourbon & Wine Pull: This exciting fundraiser allows participants to purchase a ticket, represented by a playing card, and match it to a bottle with the corresponding half of the card. Some bottles may be high-end, adding an element of surprise and making it a thrilling game of chance for attendees!
Support a Cause
This event is the Chamber’s biggest fundraiser of the year. It supports two $500 scholarships for graduating seniors at Eudora High School, future grant opportunities for our members, local businesses, and community activities.
Preliminary Schedule of Events:
5:00 pm: VIP Experience for the Goldminers and Silver Spurs sponsors
5:30 pm: Welcome and Networking
5:50 pm: Eudora Chamber of Commerce President, Meagan Cox, welcomes everyone
Saddle up for an exciting night! Grab your $5 and $10 50/50 Raffle tickets, plus Wine Pull and Bourbon Pull tickets—it's gonna be a rootin’ tootin’ good time!
6:00 pm: Buffet opens. We are excited to have food from our hometown brothers at Barbwire Barbecue and hospitality provided by Chef Low's Students from Eudora High School.
7:00 pm: Awards Ceremony: We are honored to announce the Person, Business, and Non-Profit of the Year.
7:30 pm: Buffet closes, $5 50/50 Raffle Drawing
7:30 - 9:30 pm: Casino
7:45 pm: Dessert Station opens
8:00 pm: Wine Pull
9:15 pm: Pizza
9:45 PM: $10 50/50 Raffle Drawing, announcement of Best Dressed & High Stakes winners, Bourbon Pull, and auction for any remaining alcohol.
10:30 pm: All great fun, and things must end. Unfortunately, we will have to say goodbye for now, but we look forward to having you help us Grow Eudora, our Hometown.
